Why People Resist AI (And It’s Not Always Irrational)

Your job isn’t to overcome resistance through willpower. It’s to understand the actual concerns, address what’s valid, and help people navigate real changes.

Different people have different concerns.

  5. What’s your commitment if AI displaces people? Be clear about what you’ll actually do.
